There are some great console commands in Battlefield 4, such as the FPS display and frame rate limiter. But it can be a pain to type them in every time you load the game.
Fortunately you can create a configuration file to be loaded automatically when you start BF4. This file isn’t created by default, so you’ll need to follow the steps below to add it:
HOW TO CREATE A 'user.cfg' FILE
1. In Windows 7 or 8, click the Start button and then click inside the Search box. Type “notepad” and hit enter. Or in WIN 7, go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Notepad.
2. Type in the console commands you wish to run on start-up, one per line. The two most popular are perfoverlay.drawfps 1 and gametime.maxvariablefps 60.
3. Click the File menu in Notepad, then Save As.
4. Browse to the folder C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesBattlefield 4.
5. In the “Save as type” drop down menu at the bottom, select “All Files”.
6. In the “File name” box type “user.cfg”.
7. Click the Save button.

renderdevice.forcerenderaheadlimit does nothing. It is now renderdevice.renderaheadlimit. Just saying...... Also, please don't change the value to 0, since that will just use your default settings.

It is not a full list of commands, a lot of them are incorrect and it's also missing a few new ones now.
To see a full list of commands relevant to BF4, just open the console and type 'list' without quotes and hit enter. This will always be correct for the build you are playing on.

Try that question here, many people are discussing the command. Currently it seems the command is not recognized in the console

Hmm i think the 'car audio' might be a leftover from Bad Company 2: Vietnam DLC, i havent heard anything when driving a jeep besides the the beep beep or usual BF4 sounds
